Refreshing Watermelon Juice

                         Description:

We thought of making things a little refreshed here....
Watermelon Juice is a good way to increase hunger, which is, in fact, good for toddlers and teenagers.
Giving this juice to kids and toddlers 30-45 minutes before a meal will make them finish the meal! ;-)
This recipe has only one main ingredient, watermelon, but as we wanted to make an even more refreshing drink, we have added a little twist ;-)
So, let's take a look at the recipe...

                             Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Watermelon Cubes, seeds removed.
  • Lemon Juice as needed (optional)
  • Small piece of Ginger (optional)
  • Half teaspoon Sabja Seeds also known as Sweet Basil Seeds or Chia Seeds (optional)
  • Few mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

 How to make

1. If using the Sabja Seeds, wash them quickly and strain through a coffee filter. Soak them in little water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Wash watermelon under running water. Cut it into 2 halves and remove the seeds.
3. Tender white seeds can be used in the Juice as they are good for health.
4. Next, chop the watermelon into cubes.
5. Put all the ingredients (except the ice cubes and sabja seeds) into a blender.
6. Blend till everything till it is smooth.
7. Add the ice cubes and the Sabja Seeds to the Juice and serve immediately.
8. Enjoy!

Chocolate Fudge | 2 Ingredients

                                                           Description:
Due to technical problems, I have been compelled to write a post on my phone. That's the reason this is not in the usual format. But, none the less, let's take a look at the recipe!!!
                            

                                                                Recipe:

Ingredients:

450 grams of Dark Chocolate. 
1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

How To Make:

1.Take the dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Next, microwave it for 45 seconds and stir, then again 30 seconds and stir.
3. That should make the chocolate melt.
4. Take a can of Sweetened Condensed Milk and pour it in the bowl.
5. Mix the milk and chocolate well.
6. Then, take a baking tin (or anything in which you want the fudge).
7. Pour the fudge mixture into the baking tin.
8. Put the the fudge in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes, until it is set.
9. And your Chocolate Fudge is ready!!! Enjoy!!!

Strawberry Pie | 2 Ingredients Recipe

Description:

Strawberry pies bring everyone to joy!
They are a great conversation starters.
They are a great delight t prepare and eat!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 800 ml or 900 grams of Greek Yogurt
  • 170 grams or 2 packets of Jelly Mix/Powder (Jello-o)

How To Make

  1. Take a bowl and put the Greek yogurt  into it.
  2. Next, take the Jelly Mix (Powder) and put it in as well.
  3. Now, take a mixer or a blender and mix the Greek Yogurt and The Jelly Mix.
  4. Mix till, no crystals remain in the mixture.
  5. It will take approximately 30 seconds with an electric mixer.
  6. Next, take a flat bowl (the one in which the pie will be made).
  7. NOTE- This is the 2 ingredient recipe, hence no crust will be add. If you want the just let me know in the COMMENTS SECTION.It tastes good even as it is, trust me.
  8. So, pour the mix into the bowl.
  9. Next, let it cool in the freezer, for 4-6 hours (i know, it's a long wait, but the results are worth it).
  10. And, your pie is ready!
