Fried Bacon Burger | Easy & Delicious

Today, we take a look at 'Bacon Burgers'.
This is a follow-up recipe of 'Fried Bacon Recipe'

Bacon burgers are very easy to make, requiring just a few ingredients, and are delicious!
Don't believe us, you will after tasting this!!!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • Fried Bacon
  • Burger buns
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard Sauce
  • Lettuce, 2 pieces
  • Tomato, 1 slice
  • 1 onion ring
  • 1 slice of Cheese

How To Make

  1. First, take a Burger Bun (the bottom one) and place it on a pan with some butter on it.
  2. Place the Cheese Slice on top of the bun.
  3. Cover the bun with the cheese with a bowl, so that the cheese melts whilst on the pan.
  4. Side by side, place the Burger Bun (the top one) on the pan too. Just till it becomes a little Crisp.
  5. Once the cheese on the bottom bun has melted, place 2 pieces of Lettuce on it.
  6. Next, put some 'Fried Bacon' on top.
  7. On top of the bacon, place a slice of tomato.
  8. Next before you place the top bun, spread some Mayonnaise on it.
  9. Then, spread a layer of Mustard Sauce on it.
  10. Place the bun in top if the burger.
  11. Voila! Your 'Fried Bacon Burger' is ready!!!!

White Sauce Pasta Recipe | Requested Recipe

Description:

 Today, we take a look at White Sauce Pasta Recipe, as it is a Requested Recipe, we have posted it before our 'Bacon Burger Recipe'. So be sure to check out our Recipe this Sunday!!!
Note that this recipe serves 2 People....

Recipe:

 Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Pasta (preferably Penne)
  • 1/2 tsp. Sunflower Oil
  • 1 cup Baby Corn
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 medium chopped Capsicum (Green Pepper)
  • 2 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. BlackPepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh Cream
  • 1 piece mushroom
  • 2 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Chilli Flakes
  • 100 grams Cheese (Goat Cheese)
  • 1 small chopped Carrot 
  • 1 small chopped Cabbage

How To Make

  1. Add water, oil and salt in a container. Heat it for a minute on High Flame, stir from time to time.
  2. Add pasta to it and heat it for 10 minutes on a medium flame. Keep stirring from time to time so that the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the container.
  3. After boiling, drain all the water from the pasta.
  4. Chop all the above given vegetables into small pieces and keep them aside.
  5. Now, add butter in a pan and heat it on a medium flame for  30 seconds.
  6. Now, add the chopped onions onto the pan and saute it for 2 minutes or till the turn slightly pinkish in colour.
  7. Then, add the capsicum, baby corn, mushroom, oregano and saute it for 5 minutes.
  8. After the vegetables are sauteed, add the flour and keep stirring.
  9. Add salt, pepper, red chilli flakes, milk and simmer it for another 5-6 minutes.
  10. Now, add cream and boiled pasta to the mixture and heat it for 2 minutes.
  11. Garnish it with cheese and grill it for 5 minutes.
  12. Voila! Your Hot White Sauce Pasta is ready. Enjoy!!!

Fried Bacon | Delicious & Easy

Ah! Who doesn't like bacon!!?
Bacon is the all time favourite meal of mostly Americans, but as we took a leap into the future, almost all regions accepted this tasty, marvelous thing!

Today we are going to take a look at 'Fried bacon', a simple dish, some may say, but we are planning to incorporate this into another recipe, which is planned to be released next week on Sunday....

Recipe:-

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Bacon or 0.453592 kg (roughly 1/2 kg) (smoked or just normal one)
  • Some Butter or Oil if required

How To Make

  1. Heat a cast-iron or other heavy skillet over medium heat. When hot, add bacon strips in a single layer. Cook until browned on bottom, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Flip bacon, using tongs, and cook until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes.
  3. Drain and reserve fat for another use, and repeat with remaining bacon. Drain bacon on paper towels. Serve immediately Voila! Your Bacon is ready! Eat is as it is or use it in our recipe releasing next week on Sunday.

Pan-Fried Chicken | Easy & Delicious

Today, we take a look at some Chicken!
Who doesn't like Fried Chicken?! (except vegetarians, of course)
We have brought you the easiest fried chicken recipe.
So, don't forget to comment and share our recipe on social media, it helps us a lot.
Let's take a look at the recipe!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of self-rising cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 cup of dry breadcrumbs, seasoned (salt, herbs, etc.)
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 skinned and boned Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

How to make 

  1. Take a shallow dish and in it mix the Cornmeal mix, Breadcrumbs and Pepper.
  2. Then, in a bowl crack an Egg and beat (whisk) it till the yolk and the whites combine.
  3. Next, take a Chicken Breast and first, dip it in the Egg and then dredge it in the Cornmeal, Breadcrumbs and Pepper mixture.
  4. Make sure that the Chicken Breast is coated well in the mixture.
  5. Take a large skillet or a pan, pour some oil into it.
  6. Once the oil is hot, on a medium-high heat cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side, until it becomes golden brown.
  7. Voila! Your Fried Chicken is ready!!!

Banana & Chocolate Toast | Easy & Healthy

So, today we take a look at Banana & Chocolate Toast.
Banana and Chocolate compliment each other very well, this recipe is not only delicious but also healthy.
So, enjoy!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Bread.
  • Butter (at room temperature)
  • 'Nutella' or Chocolate Syrup
  • A Banana, cut into slices
  • Walnuts or Almonds, crushed into tiny bits (optional)

How to make

  1. Take a slice of bread and apply butter on one side.
  2. Next take the chocolate syrup and spread it on the other side of the bread.
  3. Then, place banana slices (as much as you want) on the chocolate coated side of the bread.
  4. Sprinkle some crushed walnuts, almonds or any other nuts of your choice.
  5. Next, take a pan and on a medium flame place the bread on the pan with the buttered side down, that is, the banana side will be facing up.
  6. Then, take another piece of bread and spread butter on its one side and chocolate on the other.
  7. Place it on the other bread in the pan.
  8. Toast each side for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Voila! Your Banana & Chocolate Toast is ready!

Scrambled Eggs 2.0 | Healthier Version | Nutrition Series

So, today we take a look at Scrambled eggs version 2.0.
This recipe is healthier than the previous one but requires 3 more ingredients.

Simple and Delicious Scrambled Eggs

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • Butter or Oil -2 tbsp.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salted Peanuts (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rosemary (optional)
  • Milk 1-2 tsp.

How to make 

  1. First, crack two Eggs in a bowl. Add 1 or 2 tsp. of Milk in it.
  2. Then, add salt, pepper and rosemary and beat (whisk) the eggs.
  3. Next, finely chop an onion and dice a tomato into small cubes.
  4. Take a pan, on a medium flame, add the oil or the butter.
  5. When the oil gets hot enough (when it sizzles) add the finely chopped onion to it.
  6. You will hear a sizzle (that's good).
  7. Saute the onion for 3-4 minutes, then, take the onions to one side of the pan.
  8. Use the other side of the pan (the other half) to saute the tomato for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Then, add the eggs into the pan.
  10. Keep stirring (do not stop stirring).
  11. Be sure to mix everything (onions, tomatoes and eggs).
  12. Once the egg get to the required consistency, take the pan off the heat. 
  13. Put the scrambled eggs into a plate.
  14. Crush some salted peanuts and sprinkle them on the top.
  15. Voila! Your Healthy Scrambled Eggs are ready!
