We have brought you the easiest fried chicken recipe.

Recipe:
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of self-rising cornmeal mix
- 1/2 cup of dry breadcrumbs, seasoned (salt, herbs, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 4 skinned and boned Chicken Breasts
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
How to make
- Take a shallow dish and in it mix the Cornmeal mix, Breadcrumbs and Pepper.
- Then, in a bowl crack an Egg and beat (whisk) it till the yolk and the whites combine.
- Next, take a Chicken Breast and first, dip it in the Egg and then dredge it in the Cornmeal, Breadcrumbs and Pepper mixture.
- Make sure that the Chicken Breast is coated well in the mixture.
- Take a large skillet or a pan, pour some oil into it.
- Once the oil is hot, on a medium-high heat cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side, until it becomes golden brown.
- Voila! Your Fried Chicken is ready!!!
