White Chocolate Mousse | 2 Ingredients

Description:

Today we take a look at another 2 Ingredient Recipe from our 2 Ingredient series.

So, the white chocolate mousse is a great dessert and is enjoyed by people of all ages!
So, let's take a look at the recipe...

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 130 grams of White Chocolate
  • 60 ml. or 1/4 cup of Thickened Cream + 240 ml.

How To Make

  1. Take a microwave safe bowl, and put the White chocolate in it.
  2. Next, add the Thickened Cream to the bowl.
  3. Place the bowl in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Give it a good stir. Repeat.
  4. Repeat till the consistency of it is Thick and Creamy.
  5. Leave it for some time, to cool it off, for 20 minutes (that's a long wait☺)
  6. Then, in a medium to large bowl, take 240 ml of Thickened Cream.
  7. Then, beat it (with a machine, preferably) till small peaks start to form and it thickens.
  8. Then, add this cream to the microwaved chocolate.
  9. Add a half of the cream first and fold it in the chocolate.
  10. Do not stir vigorously!
  11. Then, add the other half and fold it in the chocolate.
  12. Then, put it in the glasses(or cups) and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  13. Garnish it with whatever you like (or as shown in the image below).
  14. Voila! Your White Chocolate Mousse is ready!!!

Coconut & Date Balls Recipe | 2 ingredients

So, today we take a look at Coconut & Date Balls.
They are a healthy snack and only require two ingredients!!!
So, let's go to the recipe!!!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups or 200 grams Dates, seeded.
  • 2 cups of desiccated Coconut.

How To Make

  1. Into a food processor or a strong blender/mixer, put in the dates.
  2. Then, add the coconut into it.
  3. Now, blend it for a few minutes, until a thick paste is formed.
  4. Once it is thick, take the mixture out in a plate.
  5.  Then, roll balls of any size of the mixture.
  6. Next, roll the balls in some desiccated coconut.
  7. Make sure they are coated well in coconut.
  8. And Voila!!! Your healthy snack is ready!!!

Homemade Butter | Essential Recipe

Description:

Butter is used in almost all of the recipes, from cookies to fried food, sometimes.
So, today we take a look at Homemade Butter, it takes only about 3-4 minutes to make.
If the store where you get your butter from is closed, or for some other reason you want Homemade butter, this is the right recipe!
So, let's get started...

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 600 ml. of Pure Cream (40% fat, give or take a percent or two)

How To Make 

  1. Start by pouring 600 ml of Pure Cream into a bowl.
  2. Now, there are two ways, you can either beat (whisk) it by hand, or you can use an electric beater (whisk)
  3. So, let's talk about the electric beater (whisk). Start the beating (whisking) on a low setting first.
  4. Then, as the cream starts to thicken, turn the speed to high.
  5. Let it beat (whisk) for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. When you stop, you can see that the butter, has separated from the buttermilk.
  7. You can use the buttermilk in a recipe of Pancakes (for the recipe click here).
  8. Next, take the butter on a plate, you can store buttermilk in another container.
  9. Then, making sure that your hands are clean, just squeeze all the butter together, just like modelling clay.
  10. Once you get your desired shape (most probably a cuboid), you are done!

A Tip Of Advice:

  1. If you want the butter to have a perfect shape, just place it in a container that has the shape you want, and spread the butter evenly in it.

Lemonade | Best Summer Drink

Description:

We are extremely sorry for not posting last week, we had a little bit of technical problems...
So, today, we take a look at Summer Drink, that is Lemonade, this was requested by an Anonymous Person on our Recipe Request Page.
In summer, nothing is better than a cool refreshing glass of Lemonade!!!

So, let's begin...

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar.
  • 6 large lemons.

 How to make

  1. Bring the sugar and 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Let it cool completely at room temperature.
  4. Stir the syrup, unstrained lemon juice, and 4 cups of cold water together in a large pitcher.
  5. Chill. Serve with ice in a glass.

 Tips & Tricks:

Superfine sugar is ground ultra fine, which allows it to dissolve almost instantly, making it a good choice for sweetening beverages. If your drink recipe calls for granulated sugar, know that 1 cup of superfine equals the same amount of granulated sugar.
