Coconut & Date Balls Recipe | 2 ingredients

So, today we take a look at Coconut & Date Balls.
They are a healthy snack and only require two ingredients!!!
So, let's go to the recipe!!!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups or 200 grams Dates, seeded.
  • 2 cups of desiccated Coconut.

How To Make

  1. Into a food processor or a strong blender/mixer, put in the dates.
  2. Then, add the coconut into it.
  3. Now, blend it for a few minutes, until a thick paste is formed.
  4. Once it is thick, take the mixture out in a plate.
  5.  Then, roll balls of any size of the mixture.
  6. Next, roll the balls in some desiccated coconut.
  7. Make sure they are coated well in coconut.
  8. And Voila!!! Your healthy snack is ready!!!
