6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
3 tbsp. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
1/8 tsp. (or as required) Salt

How To Make

1. Cut the eggs lengthwise in 2 halves.
2. With a small spoon, slip out the yolks (the yellow part).
3. Next, take a fork and mash the yolks. They should be soft and get mashed easily.

5. Take this mixture and put them on the egg whites (at the place where you took out yolk from) you can also use a piping bag. Make a slight heap of the mixture.
6. Eat them straight away, or, cover and refrigerate them for 24 hours.
7. You can garnish them with whatever you want (parsley is recommended)
8. Enjoy!
