Description:
The Banana Cutlet is a healthy substitute of a Potato Cutlet.
The Crust is Crispy and the inside is soft.
You will be in love with this Cutlet once you eat it!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Raw Bananas boiled and mashed - 4
- Green Chilies chopped - 1 tbsp.
- Cumin Seed powder - 1 tsp. or According to taste.
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt
- Oil
How To Make:
- Take the Boiled and Mashed Bananas in a Bowl.
- Add the Green Chilies to the Bananas.
- Sprinkle the Cumin Seeds powder on the Bananas and Green Chilies.
- Pour the Lemon Juice in the Bowl.
- Add Salt to taste.
- Mix the Ingredients well, but Don't over mash the Bananas
- Next, take a Pan and pour Oil in the pan and let it heat for 2-3 Minutes.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Put the balls on the pan and let it cook for 7-8 Minutes on each side on Medium Flame.
- Next, put the Cutlets on a Plate (and average serving size is 3 Cutlets).
- And your Raw Banana Cutlets are done!
Garnishing Suggestions:
- Crush some Roasted Peanuts and sprinkle them on the Cutlets.
- You can also sprinkle some Chopped Coriander Leaves
