Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts.
  • 2 1/2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 3 cups Cheese Crackers

  1. Take the 2 chicken breasts and cut them longitudinally (vertically) into strips.

  5. Once, the chicken is marinated, using tongs, take them out and dip them in the cheese crackers powder. Make sure that the chicken is well coated.
  6. Then, place the chicken in a baking tray.
  7. Bake the chicken at 425℉ or 225℃ for about 20 minutes.
  8. Flip the chicken after 10 minutes. This makes sure that the chicken gets cooked evenly.
  9. Serve with any dip and some vegetables!

Gujral moved to Delhi, India after the Independence of India and Pakistan and the subsequent partition of the Punjab Province.
In India, tandoori cooking was traditionally associated with the Punjab and became popular in the mainstream after the 1947 partition when West Punjabis resettled in places such as Delhi.
